LinkHunter is built for honest, relevant outreach. This policy lists what you may not do with the platform. It is part of our Terms of Service; the outreach-specific rules are in the Anti-Spam & Outreach Policy.

1. Unlawful or harmful use

  • Breaking any law, including anti-spam, privacy, consumer-protection, competition and export laws.
  • Promoting or linking to illegal goods or services, malware, phishing, fraud or scams.
  • Harassment, threats, hate speech, or content that exploits or endangers children.
  • Impersonating another person or organisation, or misrepresenting who you are or why you are writing.

2. Outreach abuse

  • Sending to purchased, rented, scraped-in-breach-of-terms or harvested lists.
  • Contacting people who unsubscribed or asked not to be contacted, or working around the suppression list.
  • Rotating mailboxes, domains or identities to get around sending limits, spam filters or complaints.
  • Hiding paid links or link exchanges, or buying links that are not marked rel="sponsored" or rel="nofollow".
  • Building or feeding private blog networks or other link schemes intended to manipulate search rankings.

3. Platform abuse

  • Probing, scanning or testing the vulnerability of LinkHunter without permission (responsible research is welcome — see Security).
  • Trying to access another workspace’s data, bypass permissions, or interfere with the service or its users.
  • Using the platform’s fetching features to reach internal networks or overload third-party sites.
  • Reverse engineering the service except where the law allows it, or reselling or sublicensing access without written agreement.
  • Creating accounts in bulk or by automated means, or sharing one account between many people to avoid seat limits.

4. Third-party services

When you connect mailboxes, AI models or data providers, you must also follow their rules (for example Google’s and Microsoft’s sending policies and the usage policies of AI providers). Breaking them can get your provider account suspended, and we will not help you evade such measures.

5. Enforcement

We may review use that is reported or that triggers automated signals (such as high bounce or complaint rates). Depending on the severity we may warn you, pause campaigns or agents, limit features, or suspend the workspace. We will explain why and give you a chance to respond unless urgent action is needed to prevent harm.

6. Report abuse

If you believe someone is misusing LinkHunter, write to support@linkhunter.cc with as much detail as you can (for example, the email headers). Security issues go to support@linkhunter.cc.
