1. Free trial
New workspaces start with a 14-day trial of the Starter plan. No card is required. When the trial ends, features that create new work (such as launching campaigns) pause until a plan is chosen; your data stays available to view and export.
2. Subscriptions (when available)
- Plans will be billed in advance, monthly or annually, at the price shown when you subscribe. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. We will email you before an annual renewal.
- Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
- Price changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance and apply from your next renewal.
3. Cancelling
You will be able to cancel at any time from Settings → Billing & usage. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then the workspace returns to read-only mode.
4. Refunds
- First payment: if LinkHunter isn’t right for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge.
- Service problems: if a significant outage or defect on our side prevents you from using the service, we will offer a prorated credit or refund.
- Statutory rights: nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
- Partial periods after cancellation are otherwise not refunded.
5. Costs from third parties
Fees charged by providers you connect (AI models, search and SEO data, contact data, your mailbox) and any amounts you agree to pay publishers for sponsored placements are between you and them. LinkHunter never pays publishers on your behalf, and every agreed price requires your explicit approval in the product.
