These terms are the agreement between you and [Company name — set LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME] for using LinkHunter. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use LinkHunter for a company, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf.

1. The service

LinkHunter is a software platform that helps businesses find relevant websites, contact the people who run them, manage replies and negotiations, and monitor the links they earn, using AI agents that work within the limits you set. We may improve or change features over time; if a change removes something material you rely on, we will tell you in advance.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 and give accurate details. Keep your password secret and tell us at support@linkhunter.cc if you suspect misuse.
  • Workspace owners control who has access and which roles they hold, and are responsible for their team’s use of the workspace.
  • You are responsible for the integrations you connect (mailboxes, AI and data providers) and for complying with those providers’ terms.

3. Plans, trials and payment

New workspaces start on a free trial with the limits shown on the Pricing page. Online payment is not available yet and nothing is charged. Before paid plans launch we will publish prices, billing terms and the Refund & Billing Policy, and you will choose whether to subscribe. Plan limits (campaigns, analyses, verifications, mailboxes, members) are enforced by the service.

4. Your responsibilities for outreach

LinkHunter sends email from your mailbox, to people you choose, with content you approve. You are the sender and are responsible for making sure your outreach is lawful wherever the recipients are, including where applicable:

  • CAN-SPAM (United States) — accurate header and subject information, a valid postal address, and honouring opt-outs promptly;
  • UK GDPR / EU GDPR and PECR / the ePrivacy rules — a lawful basis (usually legitimate interests for relevant business-to-business outreach), transparency, and respecting objections;
  • CASL (Canada) — consent requirements for commercial electronic messages, including the limited exceptions for published business addresses relevant to the recipient’s role;
  • search-engine guidelines and advertising rules on paid links — any link you pay for or exchange must be disclosed and marked rel="sponsored" or rel="nofollow".

LinkHunter helps with sender identification, one-click unsubscribe, suppression lists, sending limits and paid-link checks, but these tools do not replace your own legal judgement. You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy and Anti-Spam & Outreach Policy.

5. AI-generated content

Drafts, classifications, scores and recommendations produced by AI can be wrong or incomplete. They are labelled in the product and are suggestions for you to review. You are responsible for what you approve and send. Financial commitments are never made automatically — every agreement requires a person with approval rights to confirm it.

6. No guarantee of links or rankings

Publishers decide whether to respond, and search engines decide how to rank pages. We do not guarantee any number of replies, links, placements, traffic or rankings, or that a link will remain live or be indexed.

7. Your data

You keep all rights to the data you put into LinkHunter. You give us permission to host, process and display it only to provide and support the service for you. Our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum explain how we handle personal data. You can export your data (CSV exports) and delete it at any time.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse LinkHunter: no spam, purchased lists, deceptive messages, mailbox rotation to evade limits, scraping in breach of a site’s terms, attempts to break security or tenant isolation, or reselling access without our agreement. The full rules are in the Acceptable Use Policy.

9. Suspension and termination

You can stop using LinkHunter and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access, with notice where reasonable, if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if your use creates legal risk or harms others (for example high complaint or bounce rates), or if we must do so by law. Before deleting a workspace we will give you a chance to export your data unless the law or an urgent risk prevents it.

10. Intellectual property

LinkHunter, its software, design and brand belong to [Company name — set LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME] or its licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active. Feedback you send may be used to improve the product without obligation.

11. Disclaimers

We work hard to keep LinkHunter available and accurate, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Third-party providers you connect are outside our control.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising from these terms in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in that period and 100 USD. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

13. Indemnity

If a third party brings a claim against us because of the content you sent, the contacts you uploaded, or your breach of these terms or of anti-spam and privacy laws, you will cover the reasonable costs of that claim.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [Governing law — set LEGAL_GOVERNING_LAW], and the courts there have jurisdiction, without removing any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live. Please contact support@linkhunter.cc first — most issues can be solved quickly.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give account holders at least 14 days’ notice by email or in the app. Continuing to use LinkHunter after the change takes effect means you accept it.
